Why Local Governments Should Care about the Date June 11, 2014

If a local government has a subdivision and land development ordinance, a requirement for plans and plats for development, issuance of improvement location permits or a zoning ordinance, but does not have a valid comprehensive plan by June 11, 2014, those ordinances may not be enforceable.
